Delivery

All orders are processed before 11:00AM in the morning and all items will be scheduled for dispatch the same day where possible. However, on certain products delivery can take up to 5 business days. We will notify you by email and you can track your order on our website when you login to your account. XS Stuff cannot be held responsible for orders delayed by incorrect email addresses or address information supplied during the checkout process.

We use either Royal Mail or a suitable alternative carrier for deliveries to Mainland Great Britain and Northern Ireland and Royal Mail Airsure for European and other international orders.
The shipping estimator in the shopping cart displays the shipping charge before purchasing to assist you with any shipping options available.

 
NB: There are currently no other shipping options available.
 
International Orders (not implemented at present)...
Please ensure that you check for any import duties that may apply to your purchase if you are not a resident of the United Kingdom, as we cannot be held responsible for any addtional charges that your purchase may incur.
 
 
 
Delivery Shortages…
All claims for delivery shortages or damage must be reported to XS Stuff within 3 days of thedelivery date - shown in your account as the order completion date..
 
 
 
Returns & Exchanges…
At XS Stuff, we want you to be happy with both our products and our service, however if for any reason you would like to exchange or return items for a refund, you can do so as long as the items are in their original, resellable condition, unworn, unused, undamaged, in original packaging and any protective strips or shrink wrapping are in place and any tags still attached.
 
 
How to return an item…
Under the Distance Selling Regulations all goods come with a 14 day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to exchange items or issue a refund on the return of any item meeting the criteria discussed under Returns & Exchanges above. Returns must be received within 14 days from receipt of goods.

We cannot be held responsible for returned goods which are lost in transit, therefore we recommend that you send your returns by registered post and retain proof of posting. As soon as we receive your returned goods we will process your request.

 For items being replaced due to faults you will be refunded the return postage. All refunds will be made using the payment method used on the original purchase and may take a few days to show in your bank account.
